Artist Statement

My artistic practice investigates the anthropological dimension of residue and material memory within the Latin American landscape. Through a multidisciplinary approach that articulates painting, photography, installation, video art, and performance, I develop a conceptual discourse where the autobiographical intersects with social critique.

Through the collection of oxidized zinc sheets—units that function as a sociological record of urban precarity—I displace the found object into the space of aesthetic confrontation. I intervene in this metallic skin through geometric rigor, questioning power dynamics and gender structures, utilizing abstraction as a language of social resistance and feminine affirmation.
